We are the main dealer and distributor for River Boats in Ireland. We are located in the Midlands and can easily be accessed from any part of Ireland.
Rotostøp AS is the proud manufacturer behind River Boats. The River Boats are an all-Norwegian modern product available in a range of colors and finishes. River Boats has so far delivered over 12,000 boats to satisfied customers worldwide.
River Boats is owned by Christoffer Haarbye and Reidar Gjølstad, who both have extensive experience in the development and production of fast boats and lifeboats. We are proud to introduce this line of boats to Ireland and hope to be able to deliver the boat you want.
River Boats are seaworthy quality boats ranging from 2.9 to 4.6 meters and have been manufactured in Norway since 1995. All boats are thoroughly tested and DNV approved (DNV is the world’s leading classification society and a recognized advisor for the maritime industry). The River 350 and 420 are classified in category C. ‘Category C’ applies to boats designed for use close to the coast. They must withstand significant wave heights of 2 – 6 meters (13.8 m/sec).
The boats are manufactured from polyethylene which is environmentally friendly. It is extremely durable, impact-resistant and has minimal maintenance. The boats have a very practical, user-friendly design and have been awarded the MFGD. (Marked for Good Design by the Norwegian Design Council).
